The military orders guarded theirs with their lives: the Templar Rule forbade any brother to leave the field while the order's banner still flew. The Knights Hospitaller rode beneath a red war banner bearing a white cross. Here the red gonfalon flies from the lance, its cross in bone. Printed in Crusader red and bone on a heavyweight black tee.
