Red Jerusalem Cross Cap | Black
$39.95
On the 15th July 1099 the First Crusade broke into Jerusalem after a three year march from Europe. Its leader, Godfrey of Bouillon, refused to wear a crown of gold where Christ had worn a crown of thorns, and ruled as Defender of the Holy Sepulchre instead. The kingdom that followed took the Jerusalem Cross as its arms: one great cross potent with a smaller cross in each quarter, often read as the five wounds of Christ. Embroidered in Crusader red on a black cap.
- Embroidered front, adjustable strap
Designed by Outremer.
