Templar Seal Cap | Black
Inspired by the Knights Templar, the military order founded in Jerusalem around 1119 to protect pilgrims on the roads of the Holy Land. Around 1147 Pope Eugene III granted the Templars the right to wear a red cross, and the cross pattée became the emblem most closely tied to the order. This cap honours the knights who wore it into battle.
On the front is a red cross pattée inside a red ring, set in a round black seal.
Made to be worn every day. A mark of faith, duty and the order that stood at the front line of the Crusades.
