Cog Ship Cap | Black

Inspired by the cog, the broad-hulled, single-masted ship of medieval northern Europe. Most crusaders who reached the Holy Land after the First Crusade came by sea, and fleets from the ports of the north carried knights, pilgrims and supplies east to the crusader states. Without the ships, there would have been no Outremer. This cap honours the voyage and those who made it.

On the front is a ship in red with a square sail bearing a black cross and a red pennant at the masthead, outlined in black.
