Mail armour was made ring by ring, thousands of small iron links each closed with a tiny rivet, worked into a shirt that could turn a blade. It took a skilled armourer weeks of work, and it was the armour the crusaders wore across Outremer.
A silver chainmail pattern fills the design, with a black plaque framed in gold at its centre reading FORGED IN OUTREMER, and Riveted. Tested. Unbreakable. beneath. Tough, detailed and made to last.
