Great Helm Cap | Black
Inspired by the great helm, the flat-topped, fully enclosed helmet that appeared in the late 12th century and became the mark of the crusading knight in the 13th. With only a narrow eye slit to see through, it hid the face completely, and many were pierced with breathing holes in the shape of a cross. This cap honours the knight behind the steel.
On the front is a great helm in red with a black eye slit and a black cross on the faceplate, outlined in black.
Made to be worn every day. A mark of strength, discipline and the knights who rode beneath the cross.
