Knights Templar Seal Patch | Black

Inspired by the founding of the Knights Templar. Around 1119 a small band of knights in Jerusalem, led by Hugues de Payens, swore to protect the pilgrims travelling the roads of the Holy Land, and from that beginning grew the most famous military order of the Crusades. This patch honours the year it all began.

At its centre is the Templar cross pattée, worked in red and deep crimson on a black field within a crimson ring. KNIGHTS TEMPLAR arches across the top in bronze lettering, MCXIX marks the founding year of 1119 below, and twin bronze rings with a black border frame it all.

Made to be worn, not kept in a drawer. Put it on your jacket, pack, cap or kit bag as a mark of duty, courage and an order that became a legend.
